M-CADET FAQs

I want to join Pakistan Navy as M-Cadet, what are the eligibility criteria?
To join Pakistan Navy as M-Cadet, following is the criterion: Age: Upto 26 Years Height : 5’4’’ (Minimum) for Male 5’ (Minimum) for female Marital Status : Unmarried Qualification : MBBS in Govt Medical College/ medical College Recognized by PMS
Can I get waiver in Age or Height or Marks or weight?
No.
I am studying in MBBS 4th Year. Can i apply for M-Cadet?
Candidates of MBBS 3rd, 4th and 5th Year can apply for M-Cadet.
What if I was declared medically unfit by PNR&SC but I am not satisfied with decision?
If candidate is not satisfied with decision of PNR&SC on medical ground. He/ she can write application to Director Recruitment for appeal medical board (only held at CMH Rawalpindi).
Will candidate of M-Cadet batch appear before ISSB?
No.
What is PNSB?
Pakistan Navy Selection Board (PNSB) is a committee comprised of Senior Officers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for interview of candidates.
After being inducted as M-Cadet, will i leave my college and moved to Pakistan Navy Medical college?
No, you will continue studying at your respective medical college till completion of MBBS. You will be issued joining letter to join Pakistan navy as a GDMO.
If i am selected in PN but did not join training unit due to any issue, can i join in next batch.
Yes, need to appear as repeated candidate in next batch.
If i am removed/ discharged/ quit from PNA during training, can i apply again for PN?
No.
If i resigned from services, can i apply again for PN?
Once resigned/ removed/ discharged from services cannot join again in any armed forces.
